Return and Refund Policy
Any claims for damaged orders must be submitted to support@cupstance.com within 48 hours of order being received.
For orders lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to support@cupstance.com no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Cupstance does not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse.
