Shipping Policy
Once you've placed an order, you might no longer be able to edit your order details or cancel it. If you have an issue with the shipment of your order, email support@cupstance.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best on a case-by-case basis to make changes to your order, but in some cases, you may need to reach out to the shipping carrier directly.
It shall be your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the order was delivered. In such case Cupstance will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
If carrier tracking indicates that a Product was lost in transit, you may submit a claim to support@cupstance.com for replacement or credit the lost order in compliance with Cupstance's Return Policy no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. All such claims are subject to Cupstance investigation and sole discretion. Cupstance cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes.
